Beautiful Victorian (1881) double red brick ex post office with verandahs on 2 sides. Operates as a B&B and coffee shop supplying, sandwiches, salads, scones, soup and pies (only hot food) and outside catering (sandwiches/salads etc.) Two B&B rooms to let.. Victorian building with high ceilings, large cedar windows, polish floors throughout, cedar doors with 4 panels and leadlight opening panels above doors, fireplaces, all rooms have overhead fans and airconditioners. Stands on half an acre with salt water swimming pool. Surrounded by horse studs, wineries and coal mines. On Golden Highway good exposure lots of passing trade plus referrals from the horse studs and wineries and contractors seeking accommodation. Off street parking for the B&B.

Attractions Located in the centre of Jerrys Plains on the 2 lane Golden Highway opposite Jerrys Plains tavern who supply wonderful reasonably priced meals and refreshments. Very comfortable overnight accommodation if travelling east to the coast or out west or just visiting the Hunter region on business or pleasure.
Additional Information Wine tasting, visiting the horse studs only 20 minutes from Polkobin (the wine growing central district) and 15 minutes from local wine grower. Good overnight accommodation if travelling west or alternatively travelling to the central coast.
